The Feuling 8077 Hydraulic Cam Chain Tensioner Kit provides a dependable stock-pressure replacement for 2007–2017 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines. It maintains factory hydraulic output while improving long-term durability.
Feuling machines each tensioner housing from billet 6061 aluminum. Injection-molded nylon pads with PTFE reduce friction and slow wear over time. The single-piston hydraulic design matches OEM pressure levels. This makes the kit ideal for both factory and performance engine builds.
The Feuling 8077 kit bolts directly to Feuling, factory, and Screamin’ Eagle® cam plates for 2007–2017 models. It also fits conversion cam plates designed to run early 1999–2006 camshafts. Premium ARP® 12-point hardware comes included for secure installation.
