Shipping & Return Policy


All in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified via email if any of their purchased items are out of stock or on back order. Customers can choose to wait on their items or cancel at any time unless the item is a special order item and can not be cancelled as noted in the product listing.

Tracking information will be provided to our customers via the email provided with the order when items ship. It is the customers responsibility to be home when their package(s) are delivered. Once the package leaves our facility and is in transit, then it is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to reschedule the delivery of an item if they will not be present at the time of delivery. Customers have the option to also re-route their package to a different location that is more secure, or they can request a different shipping address at the time of purchase. A valid driver’s license will be required to ship items to an address other than the billing address.

Cycle Solutions Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an item shows delivered and has delivery confirmation through the shipping carrier. If an item becomes lost in transit and no delivery confirmation has been provided then Cycle Solutions Inc will open a claim on the customer’s behalf and assist the customer with the claim. Lost/stolen package claims are not possible if an item shows delivered and delivery confirmation has been provided through the shipping carrier. Customer’s maybe able to file a claim with their homeowners insurance or credit card companies for stolen packages.

Insured and Signature Required deliveries can be requested via email and by phone for customers who live in an area where lost or stolen packages are a concern. There is a fee associated with these options. It is the customers responsibility to know if their package is at risk or not and to purchase these additional secure options before their order ships or to ship it to an address that is more secure. You can request these delivery options at or call us at 765-768-6000 to add to your order.

For items purchased on our website, customers can call 765-768-6000 or email for approval on a return. It is your responsibility to make sure the part ordered fits the application. Due to our extremely low prices, our margins are minimal. Cycle Solutions encourages all customers to thoroughly research items of interest before purchasing to be certain products ordered are the right products for your application and preferences.  If you have a question or concern about the fitment of an item then please call or email us. Therefore, if you simply do not like the item you purchased, some items can be returned for a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees as long as it is in new condition, has not been installed or used in any way, and is still in its original packaging. Your order will be refunded to the original form of payment used. If Cycle Solutions Inc. has made an error and sent the wrong item, we will gladly issue a return and send the correct item.

If a part is damaged upon delivery, call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. We do not accept returns on used or installed products. Manufacturer warranty does not cover shipping costs. Damages from shipping are extremely rare but if it happens, you must save all packing material in order for us to make a claim.

If you have a return that fits the above criteria it must be no more than thirty days from purchase date. Please call us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused. Returns not in the original box and not packaged as received will be refused. You must make sure the product is packed properly to prevent damage and scratches during shipping. We will gladly answer your questions by phone or email.



Some or all of the items that you have selected for purchase may not be “street legal” for use in your state, meaning that they can be legally installed and used only on vehicles that are used in closed circuit racing and/or on vehicles that are not otherwise registered for legal use on the roads of your state. These items may include parts and devices that are designed and manufactured to be used to make modifications to your vehicle, including without limitation, to your vehicle’s air filtering system, air flow intake, engine (including cylinders, pistons, cams, etc.), emission control system, exhaust system, and fuel system. CYCLE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR YOUR MISUSE OR ILLEGAL USE OF THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED.
