The D&D 636Z-31B Bob Cat Black 2-Into-1 Exhaust is built specifically for 2018-newer Milwaukee-Eight Softail models. It delivers strong low-end torque and a deep, aggressive sound. Most importantly, it’s designed to wake up your M8.

However, it does not fit Breakout or Fat Boy. Instead, use the 640Z-31B for those models.
The 636Z-31B Bob Cat features a stepped header design (1 3/4″ to 1 7/8″ to 2″). As a result, exhaust flow improves and throttle response feels quicker. In addition, the 2 1/4″ collector allows the muffler to slide securely onto the header.
The wrapped perforated baffle supports 96″–113″ M8 engines. Because of this, you get a strong torque curve and a powerful tone without sacrificing rideability.
Each system comes ready to install. For example, you get heat shields, exhaust gaskets, mounting hardware, and baffles. Plus, it includes both 18mm and 12mm O2 bungs. So, you can easily run an auto-tune module like ThunderMax.
You can choose black or chrome. Likewise, select an aluminum, black satin, or carbon muffler housing to match your build.
If you want better throttle response, stronger low-end pull, and that classic Bob Cat sound, this system delivers.
