The Diablo Gato Black Exhaust Harley Trike system delivers serious performance for 2009-2016 trike models. This 2-into-1 exhaust uses a stepped header design that starts at 1 7/8″, moves to 2″, and finishes at 2 1/2″ at the muffler connection. As a result, exhaust flow improves and your motor pulls harder throughout the RPM range.
Because of that stepped layout, the Diablo Gato Black Exhaust Harley Trike setup increases low-end torque while also smoothing out mid-range power. With the proper tune, riders commonly see gains of up to 12%, depending on engine size and configuration.
Each system includes heat shields, exhaust gaskets, a complete bolt kit, and a performance baffle. So instead of hunting for extra parts, you can install it right out of the box.
The 2 1/2″ perforated core baffle supports engines up to 131 cubic inches, which makes this Diablo Gato Black Exhaust Harley Trike system a strong option for larger builds. In addition, the 4″ muffler body produces a deep, aggressive tone without sounding harsh.
You also get both 12mm and 18mm O2 bungs, so the system works with ThunderMax AutoTune and Dynojet AutoTune modules. Plus, quality flanges and gaskets come included, which saves time and money during installation.
