Ready to wake up your Softail? The D&D 577Z-31 Black Low Cat 2-into-1 exhaust delivers stronger torque, better clearance, and a deep, aggressive tone.
First, the Low Cat header design runs tight and clean. Then, the upswept muffler increases ground clearance—especially on lowered Softails. As a bonus, it looks killer on a Rocker.

D&D builds and dyno tests every system in-house, so you’re not guessing at results. Because of that testing, this pipe increases low-end torque and horsepower where you actually feel it.
With the proper tune, most bikes pick up 8–10% performance gains. In other words, stronger pull off the line and better mid-range power.
At idle, the sound is deep and boomy. Crack the throttle, and it comes alive. Not only does it look aggressive, but it also sounds the part.

Baffle Options (Choose for Your Build)
For stock or mild builds (80″ to stock 103″):
• Louvered baffle – 2 1/4″ inner core
For bigger builds (Stage 4 103″ to 113″):
• Perforated wrapped baffle – 2 1/2″ inner core
Running Woods cams? Then choose the perforated wrapped baffle for best results.
Fitment Note
However, this system will NOT fit 2013–2017 Breakout Softail models. The top vent line contacts the heat shield.
