The JIMS ForceFlow Head Cooler helps control engine heat on 2017-newer Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles with the Milwaukee-Eight engine. During slow riding or heavy traffic, engines often build excessive heat. However, the ForceFlow system pushes cool air directly across the cylinder heads to help lower operating temperatures.
Additionally, riders can operate the fan manually when extra cooling is needed. Alternatively, the built-in thermostat automatically activates the fan when engine temperatures rise. As a result, the system delivers consistent airflow exactly when the engine needs it most.
This additional cooling benefits stock motorcycles. However, it becomes even more valuable on performance engines that generate higher heat levels. Because of this, many riders install the ForceFlow system to improve comfort and help extend engine life.
