Description
Feuling Vented Dipstick for Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam & Milwaukee-Eight® Touring Models
Oil blow-by occurs when crankcase pressure forces oil out through the air intake. This creates a messy engine bay and, in severe cases, can push oil toward the rider. Excess pressure in the oil tank or pan also makes it harder for the oil pump to return oil properly, contributing to wet sumping.
The Feuling Vented Dipstick actively relieves this excess pressure. By allowing trapped crankcase pressure to escape, it helps prevent oil migration into the engine and improves overall oil control. Feuling originally developed this dipstick for Milwaukee-Eight® engines to address common wet-sumping issues.
This vented dipstick uses a proven Twin Cam-style rubber umbrella valve. The one-way design releases pressure efficiently while preventing backflow. Pressure below the dipstick exits through a relief port and vents through the umbrella valve and breather system.
