Description

Feuling HP+ One-Piece Pushrods

Feuling HP+ One-Piece Pushrods deliver strength and valve train stability for Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam and Milwaukee-Eight engines. Because these pushrods use a fixed-length, one-piece design, they maintain consistent performance under load.

Feuling manufactures these pushrods from 4130 chromoly steel. In addition, each pushrod features swedged, formed ends that increase strength. A heavy-duty 7/16-inch diameter tube provides a 0.165-inch wall thickness. As a result, the pushrods resist flex during high-RPM operation. Feuling also heat treats each pushrod and applies a black oxide finish.

Engine Fitment

  • Fits 1999–2017 Twin Cam models

  • Fits 2017-newer Milwaukee-Eight engines

Intake and exhaust pushrods match stock replacement lengths. Therefore, they work with factory base circle camshaft dimensions. In addition, they support Feuling®, stock, and Screamin’ Eagle® Milwaukee-Eight camshafts.

Why Choose One-Piece Pushrods

The Milwaukee-Eight engine uses a four-valve design. However, one rocker arm activates two valve springs. Because of this, the valve train demands greater stability.

For this reason, Feuling® recommends one-piece pushrods instead of quick-install adjustable designs. They deliver greater rigidity. As a result, they maintain maximum cam and valve lift. Additionally, they reduce valve train harmonics and help prevent hydraulic lifter issues.

Quick-install pushrods simplify installation. However, they cannot match the strength of a solid pushrod. Therefore, they offer less long-term durability.

Part Numbers and Applications

Feuling 4072
These stock replacement pushrods fit 1999–2017 Twin Cam engines. Specifically, they support 525, 543, 574, and 594 camshafts.

Feuling 4073
These pushrods support large-lift, smaller base circle camshafts. As such, they measure 0.030 inch longer. Therefore, they suit 1999–2017 Twin Cam engines using 630 camshafts.

Feuling 4074
These pushrods feature a 0.165-inch wall thickness. In this case, they work with Feuling Short Travel (ST) lifters. Compatible lifters include #4050ST, #4051ST, and #4052ST. Additionally, they support stock base circle camshafts with 525, 543, and 574 grinds for 1999–2017 Twin Cam engines.

Feuling 4076
These intake and exhaust pushrods measure longer than stock. As a result, they work with Feuling ST lifters on stock base circle camshafts. Furthermore, they support Feuling 594 and 630 cam grinds for 1999–2017 Twin Cam engines.

Feuling 4086
These pushrods measure 0.040 inch shorter. Because engines with decked cylinder heads require thinner head gaskets, Feuling designed these pushrods for that application. For reference, factory head gaskets measure about 0.050 inch, while many aftermarket options measure 0.040 or 0.030 inch. Fits 2017-newer Milwaukee-Eight engines.

Feuling 4087
These pushrods serve as stock replacements for 2017-newer Milwaukee-Eight engines. Therefore, they maintain proper factory geometry.
