Feuling 9940 Pair of 3.91 g/s Fuel Injectors for Harley-Davidson® Models
The Feuling 9940 fuel injectors deliver steady and factory-correct fuel flow for select Harley-Davidson® EFI models. As a direct OE stock replacement, this matched pair supplies fuel at 3.91 grams per second, so the engine runs smoothly and stays emissions compliant.
Instead of using the older injector design, these injectors feature an updated 25-degree cone spray with six spray holes. Because of this change, fuel breaks up more evenly at start-up. As a result, cold starts improve and idle quality becomes smoother. Harley-Davidson® addressed these problems in service bulletin M-1185, which replaced the original 8-cone, 3-hole injectors (#27625-06).
Also, the EV-6 USCAR connector allows for fast, plug-and-play installation. You can install these injectors quickly without extra parts or tuning changes. These injectors replace OEM #27709-06/A and supersede OEM #27625-06, so fitment remains exact.
Feuling assembles these injectors in the U.S.A. and builds them to meet or exceed OE standards. For this reason, they work best on stock or emissions-legal setups. Feuling also recommends staying within factory emissions limits for proper operation.
