Feuling 5902SP 2-Into-1 Show Polished Exhaust for 2017-Newer Touring Models

The Feuling 5902SP 2-Into-1 Show Polished Exhaust delivers maximum performance for Milwaukee-Eight® Touring models. Specifically, Feuling designed this system for 124, 128, 131, and similar high-displacement builds that demand increased airflow and power.

First, the system uses 1 3/4″ primary headers that flow directly into the Feuling Anti-Reversion chamber. Next, the headers step to 1 7/8″ and then to 2″ before entering a performance merge collector with a 2 3/4″ exit. As a result, this design improves exhaust scavenging and supports strong horsepower and torque across the RPM range.

In addition, the exhaust includes a removable perforated stepped baffle with Feuling’s patented dogball insert (Patent #5,173,576). To further control sound, stainless matting and fiberglass packing wrap the baffle while maintaining high flow. Finally, a high-flow billet end cap, tapered on the inside, sharpens throttle response and refines the exhaust note.

To complete the system, Feuling pairs the exhaust with a #5900 long straight can muffler. Notably, it features a 2 3/4″ to 2 7/8″ stepped baffle with dual dogballs and a brushed finish. Together, these components deliver a deep, aggressive tone without sacrificing performance.

For proper fitment, you may choose 12mm or 18mm O2 sensor ports welded to the exhaust at the time of purchase. This option allows the system to match your specific tuning setup.

Estimated lead time: 6–8 weeks

Before installation, we strongly recommend using new exhaust flanges and gaskets. By doing so, you help ensure a proper seal and reduce the risk of leaks.

Finally, installing an aftermarket header or full exhaust system requires proper tuning. If you do not already have a tuner, we recommend a ThunderMax or Power Commander V to achieve optimal performance and protect your engine.
