The D&D 636Z-32B Bob Cat Chrome 2-Into-1 Exhaust is built specifically for 2018+ Harley-Davidson® Milwaukee-Eight Softail models. It delivers strong low-end torque, quicker throttle response, and a deep, aggressive exhaust tone. Most importantly, it’s designed to make your M8 pull harder where you feel it most.

However, it does not fit Breakout or Fat Boy. Instead, use the 640Z series for those models.
The 636Z-32B Bob Cat features a stepped header design that transitions from 1 3/4″ to 1 7/8″ to 2″. As a result, exhaust flow improves and back pressure stays balanced. In addition, the 2 1/4″ collector allows the muffler to slip securely onto the header.
The perforated wrapped baffle supports 96″–113″ M8 engines. Because of this design, you get strong bottom-end torque while maintaining a clean, powerful sound.
Each system comes ready to install. For example, you receive heat shields, exhaust gaskets, mounting hardware, and baffles. Plus, it includes both 18mm and 12mm O2 bungs. So, you can easily run an auto-tune module such as ThunderMax.
The high-polish chrome finish gives your Softail a clean, classic look. Likewise, you can choose from aluminum, black satin, or carbon muffler housing options to match your build.
