- The 2 1/2″ core Vortex Wrapped Baffle works best on stock displacements up to 114″
- The Big Bore Baffle works best on the bigger displacements on stage 4 114″ and up.
D&D’s Chief Engineer has seen significant increases in mid to high range power on modified engines from stage 4 HD 114 and 117 to aftermarket 120 and up with matching cam and proper tune. The baffle is an all metal perforated 2 1/2 core ( aka big bore baffle) and will be really loud. Since we are a performance-based company, we always give our recommendations based on getting you the best performance, however if you’re willing to sacrifice some performance, you can go with this loud baffle option for the M8 Billet Cat.
The M8 Billet Cat full system is equipped with heat-shields, new exhaust gaskets, bolt kit and baffle. This system is designed to increase low-end torque and horsepower.  Muffler housing is 4″. The D&D M8 Billet Cat exhaust comes with both 18mm and 12mm 02 bungs for use with wide band auto tuners such as the Thundermax Auto Tune module or the Dynojet Auto tune.  This exhaust comes with quality Flanges and Gaskets so you do not need to purchase them.
This D&D Billet Cat Exhaust system comes alive once the cam has been upgraded. The sound is so much deeper and really sounds like a Harley should. We have may cam upgrade packages available on our website with only the best products available. We also install camchest upgrades from our show truck at all the events we attend giving our customers instant gratification and stress free cam selection. This sound clip was done after we did the Tman T216 (475 lift) Cam upgrade.
