The D&D Billet Cat is a full 2-into-1 exhaust system engineered specifically for 2017-newer Harley-Davidson® FLH and FLT Touring models. It features a stepped header design (1 3/4″ → 1 7/8″ → 2 1/8″) that transitions into a 2 1/2″ collector at the muffler.

As a result, this system delivers exceptional low-end torque and strong mid-to-high RPM horsepower gains. If you want one of the top-performing exhaust systems available for the Milwaukee-Eight platform, this is it.

Additionally, the 4″ muffler housing gives your bike an aggressive stance while maintaining clean fitment.

Choose the Right Baffle for Your Build

D&D offers two baffle options so you can match performance to your engine setup:

🔹 Vortex Wrapped Baffle (2 1/2″ Core)

• Best for stock displacement engines up to 114″

• Produces strong torque with a deep, controlled tone

• Ideal for riders who want performance without excessive volume

🔹 Big Bore Baffle (All-Metal 2 1/2″ Core)

• Designed for Stage 4 114″, 117″, and aftermarket 120″+ builds

• Delivers significant mid- and high-range power gains

• Extremely aggressive sound profile

Because we focus on performance first, we recommend the Big Bore baffle for larger displacement engines with proper cam and tuning. However, if your goal is maximum volume, this option definitely brings the noise.

Engineered for Tuners and Performance Builds

This system includes both 18mm and 12mm O2 bungs, which means it works seamlessly with wideband auto-tune systems like:

• Dynojet Auto Tune

Wake It Up with a Cam Upgrade

Although this system performs exceptionally on stock engines, it truly comes alive after a cam upgrade. For example, we recorded our featured sound clip after installing a T-Man T216 (475 lift) cam — and the difference is dramatic.

Once paired with the right cam and proper tuning, this exhaust produces a deeper, more aggressive tone that sounds like a Harley-Davidson® should.
