For 2017–Newer M8 Harley-Davidson® Touring Models
The D&D Billet Cat Replacement Muffler fits the D&D Billet Cat 2-into-1 exhaust system for 2017–newer Milwaukee-Eight® (M8) Harley-Davidson® FLH and FLT Touring models. Because this system is built for performance, it remains one of the top exhaust choices for M8 Touring bikes.
Now, D&D offers two baffle options. As a result, you can fine-tune both sound and performance to match your build.
Big Bore Baffle
If you want maximum volume and flow, the Big Bore baffle is the aggressive option. It features an all-metal perforated 2½-inch core, so it increases airflow and delivers a louder, raspier tone.
This option works especially well on:

Cammed engines with proper tuning

Riders who want the loudest and most aggressive tone
However, this baffle is extremely loud. Therefore, it’s best for performance builds where sound is not a concern.
Standard Baffle
On the other hand, the standard baffle offers a strong balance of power and sound. It still improves exhaust flow, yet it keeps the tone more controlled. For many riders, this option delivers the best mix of performance and everyday rideability.
