The Feuling Rocker Box Fastener Kit 3046 delivers the strength your top end needs. It fits 2001–2017 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam models and replaces factory rocker box hardware with precision-engineered fasteners.
Instead of relying on stock bolts, this kit gives you consistent clamping force and improved sealing. As a result, engine builders trust it for both stock rebuilds and performance upgrades. Feuling designed these fasteners to handle heat, pressure, and vibration without compromise.
Each bolt uses heat-treated 8740 chrome moly steel with a black oxide finish. Because of this, corrosion resistance improves and torque readings stay accurate. Precision-rolled threads allow smooth engagement. At the same time, the wide under-head flange spreads load evenly to help prevent leaks.
Most importantly, these fasteners deliver serious strength. With a tensile rating of 170,000 psi, they outperform OEM hardware and exceed Grade 8 fasteners. Therefore, they work well for high-compression engines, big bore builds, and aggressive riding conditions.
