Description

D&D 619Z-32 Stubby Cat 2-Into-1 Chrome Exhaust

Fits 2009-2016 Harley-Davidson FLH / FLT Touring Models

If you want aggressive sound, stronger mid-range torque, and a bold chrome finish, the D&D 619Z-32 Stubby Cat 2-into-1 Exhaust delivers. Not only does this system improve exhaust flow, but it also enhances throttle response across the RPM range.

D&D engineered this system specifically for 2009-2016 Harley-Davidson FLH and FLT Touring motorcycles running 96” engines and larger. As a result, riders experience improved low-end pull, stronger mid-range acceleration, and a noticeable performance gain over stock exhaust systems.

Performance Features

First, the stepped header design increases exhaust velocity and improves scavenging. Because the head pipes gradually step from:

1 5/8″ → 1 3/4″ → 1 7/8″ → 2 1/4″ (muffler inlet)

the system optimizes flow while maintaining torque.

Additionally, D&D ceramic coats the head pipes inside and out. While the exterior showcases a polished chrome finish, the interior ceramic coating helps control heat and extend durability.

Furthermore, this system includes both 12mm and 18mm O2 bungs, so you can easily integrate autotune systems such as ThunderMax. Consequently, performance-focused riders can fine-tune fuel mapping for maximum power.

The updated 2” Vortex louvered wrapped inter-core baffle delivers a deep, aggressive tone without sacrificing rideability. In addition, the rotatable end cap allows you to customize the final look of your Touring bike.

Fitment Details

  • Fits: 2009-2016 Harley-Davidson FLH / FLT Touring models

  • Works with 96” engines and larger

  • Does NOT fit 1990-2008 models

D&D designed the Stubby Cat specifically for use with stretched bags. Therefore, when paired with stretched bags, the system maintains proper ground clearance.

However, if you install this exhaust with stock bags and ride aggressively, you may contact the muffler end. Damage caused by improper bag setup is not covered under warranty.
